Made with Organic Jersey Cow’s Milk, this cheddar-style cheese is creamy & smooth. Our Jack slices beautifully on a cheese plate, and has a buttery texture and excellent melting properties.
Feta

Full-bodied and rich, our feta is made with a blend with Organic Jersey Cow’s Milk and Goat’s Milk. Our Greek-style feta is aged in brined-whey for a minimum of four weeks.
